Thick/Thin Film Circuits
Spectrum Advanced Specialty Products offers a complete
line of thin and thick film circuitry, which includes surface
mount devices and hybrid circuits. These circuits can
be manufactured from a customer supplied design or
internally designed to meet customer requirements.
Our processing capabilities for thin film include: multihead
sputtering machines, photo lithography, electro-plating,
laser trimming, via hole creation and precision dicing.
Various substrate materials are available and laser cutting
allows for easily produced custom shapes.
Thick film devices are produced using precision screen
printing techniques and cut to desired shape. Both thin and
thick film products can be designed to include resistive,
capacitive and conductive elements. All units are fully tested
to insure compliance to customer specified parameters.
